Alcohol Awareness Course

This course is designed to help participants understand alcohol beyond the surface level. It explains how alcohol became normalized in society, how it affects the body and brain, how it influences decision-making, and how alcohol-related choices can lead to legal, financial, personal, and public safety consequences. Participants will read the course material, complete reflection questions after each chapter, and finish with a test. Upon completion, they will be emailed their official certificate within 24 hours. The purpose of this course is not just to check a box, but to help participants think honestly, recognize patterns, and make better decisions moving forward.
